Red Rock Chocolate is my small-batch, bean-to-bar chocolate company based in Southern Utah. I source high-quality, single-origin cocoa beans and craft them into rich, flavorful chocolate that highlights the natural character of each origin. My process is hands-on and intentional—from roasting and winnowing to refining and molding—so every bar tells the story of the bean. For me, Red Rock Chocolate is about more than indulgence; it’s about savoring chocolate as an experience, connecting people with the craft, and celebrating flavors as unique as the red rock landscapes that inspire me.
